About the Expert

Dr. Gregg D. Jacobs is an Insomnia Specialist at the Sleep Disorders Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. The Overcoming Insomnia Program is based on his 20 years of research and clinical work at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. His research at Harvard Medical School was funded by the National Institutes of Health. He has been described by the Wall Street Journal as a "pioneer in the use of CBT for insomnia."
